Mckayla Maroney

McKayla Rose Maroney (born December 9, 1995) is an American artistic gymnast who is a member of the gold medal-winning US Women's Gymnastics team at the 2011 World Championships and the 2012 Summer Olympics. She is also the 2011 World Vault Champion.

Claim to Fame: Maroney made a remarkable comeback at the Olympic trials after an injury during the U.S. National Championship finals left her with a broken nose and a concussion, according to the Chicago Tribune. The 2011 World Championship vault gold medalist is set to return to training and get back in competition mode.
