Miss USA 2008 : The 57th Miss USA beauty pageant, was held in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 11, 2008 and the winner is Crystle Stewart, Miss Texas USA. Crystle will represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2008 pageant which will be held in Vietnam.

Verne Troyer and Renae Schrider explicit Tape

Hollywood actor Verne Troyer , who played Mini Me in the 'Austin Powers' films, filed a $20-million federal lawsuit after the tape, which was allegedly stolen from his home, was posted online and broadcast on TV. Well Known Gossip site Tmz.com was among the first few websites who had posted the sex tape online.

However A federal judge ordered the gossip site TMZ.com Friday to remove clips of a private sex tape of Actor Verne Troyer with his then girl friend Renae Schrider.

Troyer, best known for his portrayal of Mini Me in the "Austin Powers" films, filed suit Thursday seeking more than $20 million in damages for posting portions of a tape the actor made with a former girlfriend.

The judge's order prohibits TMZ, promoter Kevin Blatt and SugarDVD, an online distributor of adult films, from selling or distributing the video.

On Wednesday, TMZ broadcast clips from the video on its television show and posted clips on its website, according the suit.

TMZ reported that Blatt, who brokered the sale of Paris Hilton's sex tape, "is entertaining a $100K offer from Sugar- DVD to distribute the video. source:Latimes.com

The singer, 26, has had her share of drama in the past year, to say the least.
